Preeclampsia getting worse?

I was told on Friday (2 days ago), at 35+3 that I have preeclampsia. I have to go in every Monday & Friday now for blood pressure monitoring, but today I've got a really bad headache and my vision is a tiny bit blurry and my eyes hurt. Also I've got pain under my right rib, feeling nauseous and just generally don't feel right.

Are these signs of the preeclampsia getting worse?

Should I ring up or should I wait until I go in tomorrow?
