Give me workout routines please!
Hi! Okay so I’m 8 weeks pp, 19 years old, 5’1 (I think 😅) and weigh about 190lbs. I weighed 184lbs pre pregnancy, gained about 33lbs during pregnancy and obviously lost a bit after having my son. I’m a beginner to working out and I have no idea how to start or what workouts to even do. I want to at least get down to 160 🙏. I don’t care about getting abs or muscles, but I do want to grow my butt and lose my stomach, arm, and back fat. Please give me workouts that I can do for those areas.
