Heartbroken 💔

As you guys know that on November 30th checked my HCG levels that was 14300 & on the ultrasound only seen a gestational sac measuring 5 weeks 4 days.

Last night I began light spotting then early morning woke up to bad cramping and brownish blood & blood clots.

Came to emergency room and they checked my HCG levels which rose to 19000 and gave me a ultrasound and gestational sac still empty.

I’m super sad crying just I feel super low. I just want to give up
