Toxic work environment ranto

I am planning on quitting my job basically right after Christmas. The work environment is just way toxic I only work with 2 other woman who are in their 50' s its a family company so they will try to belittle certain employee's. They are very sexist its a man's world and they think as a woman we should never talk back etc. Everytime I would ask for a day off its like begging for just 1 day. For example my birthday was in July at first the manager said no all the while he signed off on 4 other people's vacation while I asked waay before anyone had theirs planned. And when I do take 1 day off we have a meeting about it the next day. We literally stand around for 9 hours and do absolutely nothing. And when they see us doing nothing they complain but wont give us work. They give out monthly bonuses and a holiday bonus. Im waiting untill I get that to leave because I feel like I earned it as much as the other's I don't even plan on giving a 2 weeks notice yes its wrong but see from my pov they don't deserve any kind of notice with the way I've been treated for 6 months. And they also lied at my interview I learned on my 1st day I was basically a janitor ×1000 I was never told any of it which should be a red flag for any job to not tell the truth about your duties. We had a meeting about the way the guy's talk to the girls sexual and all then literally not even 20 mins later everyone knew what was said in that 1 on 1 meeting which I feel like is a big no no as a manger it should've stayed between me and him. I totally understand that part how ever when someone has put in their 2 weeks prior to me they just fired him. So im not trying to have that on me I've never been fired im okay with quitting and have an explanation for why I chose to do it that way.
