Lotion Recommendations for Baby Eczema?

My daughter is 5 months old and has eczema on her neck, chest, and back of her legs and is itching like crazy. We have tried CeraVe baby lotion, coconut oil, and a homemade shea/cocoa butter lotion and nothing is working. Any mamas have a lotion that worked well on their babies eczema? The more natural product the better.

You can get a bracelet/anklet, this will help so much with eczema. The hazelwood absorbs all excess acidity from the body and brings it so a balanced PH level.

This worked the best for our little girl. Unfortunately we later discovered she actually has a peanut allergy and what we thought was eczema was likely an allergic reaction. She was getting exposure through my breast milk. If eczema has been this tough to beat you might ask your pediatrician about possible other causes!

My daughter is almost 4 months and this is what we found helps her eczema. We found many eczema products have oatmeal which burns her face.
Baths every other day (unless she had a sever diaper rash) and with dove baby eczema wash. I try to get her in and out asap unless her bottom needs a good soak. She gets yeast infections easily.
We only use cottontouch on her face. The first ingredient is water and it's the only thing that doesn't burn her. Make sure to moisturize behind the ears and lobes. Eucerin or baby dove eczema cream on the rest of the body. I like Eucerin better, the dove started to bother her after a few weeks. I also apply a couple of times a day .
I also brush her hair and massage her head with baby oil. Good luck momma!

Honestly though, no cream helped. I have to get a special ointment from his dermatologist when he has break outs. I use cerave on him too have the shower. It’s just the regular blue and white one not the baby one

All day erry day. Keep the baby problem areas moisturized every chance you get. I would do it at every diaper change and before naps/bedtime
