Safe baby food suggestions?

I’m looking for a baby food brand that hasn’t been implicated in toxic heavy metal contamination.

I should just make my own purees, shouldn’t I?

Even if you made your own food, the soil which the fruits and vegetables grow in that you would use would have small amounts of heavy metal in them. 
Organic baby food is fine.

I make my own purée every day. It doesn’t take long to prepare.

I find it cheaper to make my own baby food. Have done since she was 5 months old and she’s now 11 months. We only used shop purées (organic ones) for emergencies or when I’ve not had any time to make anything. I steam the food then use a blender, it’s a tommee tippee two in one
