Milk When Hand Expressing, None When Pumping
My supply has almost dried up. I've been pumping to try and save it and hopefully get it back to how it used to be. I can get a little bit of milk when I hand express, but not when I use a pump whether it's manual or electric. Am I doing something wrong? My flanges fit just fine, I made sure to measure them. Anyone else have this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
