Pumping- is this normal?
I am exclusively pumping and my nipples get purple after pumping. They don’t hurt all the time while pumping, but it does vary. They do however always have these dried milk spots on my nipples, and I’m not sure if I should be trying to get them off? They are so sensitive it’s hard to pick at them or scrub them in the shower. Any advice?
