My deceased grandmother came to me in a dream saying this...... what does it mean ?

So my grandma passed away unexpectedly in 2019, I still cannot wrap my head around it fully because of how sudden it was.

I had a dream on the 23rd November and she appeared to me clear as day in a single caravan and was moving things out mentioning resizing to a bigger van getting ready for grandad to arrive.

(My grandad is alive right now but has dementia badly and has heart failure he's in his final stages of life )

While my grandma in my dream was moving things about she spoke more in detail of the things she's doing in advance to get the place looking nice for him when he is here so he doesn't have to stress further because it's all been done for him

Then she kept saying the number 14, the number 14 was visible on the front of the van too and she kept saying the number.

I jotted it down once I woke up and 14 days from the dream was yesterday and I fell off my bike by nearly getting hit by a car but if I didn't break as hard as I did I would of been clipped.

I'm looking out to see if maybe my grandma's trying to tell me something like 14 days, 14 months or 14th date to when what.. my grandad passes ? When she's expecting his arrival ? I'm not sure.
