Bad healing after vaginal stitches

I had my son back in February. I had a second degree tear during labor and ended up with an infection days later. No doctor has mentioned any issues when I had my IUD put in weeks later but I have definitely noticed issues after it healed. I feel like the top part that was stitched together must have come apart a little and healed that way. Now 9 months later it feels totally wrong and there is an extra piece of skin (almost skin tag shape) just at the top portion of stitching. I definitely will be making an OB appt but has anyone else had this problem? Im getting worried how its feeling lately.
