Cancel this immediately you have regular cycles. Use opks and bbt to narrow down ovulation and go from there. These pills are only if you don’t ovulate or have long cycles. A normal period is btw 21-35 days fluctuate in between these days.

Nope do not take this is you can ovulate and have regular cycles and have no hormones issues! As it contains vitex and vitex can be so bad on your body and cycles if you do not have any issues. I have mild pcos and this made me land in hospital needing a lumbar puncture and my cycle was over 200 days long took months to get back to somewhat regular
