They say it does nothing, and some women in this app are mean as hell about it ("Thats nasty. Go pee before you get a UTI" 😒 - yes, that was said to me). But ya know what, whatever we can do to help the process or at least feel like we're helping the process is all that matters. I put my legs up every damn time. Lol 
No harm in holding in all the swimmers you can 🤣

I dont have pcos but my doctor says its a old wives tale but it works if you have a high cervix like me.
