Short cervix and funneling at 25 weeks, any success stories?

Question

Hi! 25 weeks and went to my dr for pressure and spotting. Was told my cervix is 1.9 cm (was 3.2 at 20 weeks) and funneling at the top. Put on progesterone and bed rest. Does anyone have any experience with this?? Did you go to term? Did you deliver early? 
Would love to hear any stories of those with similar experiences. Very overwhelmed by it all. Thanks!

I’ve had funneling and a short cervix since 20 weeks. I’ll be 32 weeks on Sunday and we are still holding steady. Our funneling has went away, but my cervix is still short. My high risk doctor has me on pelvic rest and progesterone once a day.

I am currently 30 weeks with a cerclage and I have to take progesterone twice a day and on bed rest it seems to be working
