Severe diaper rash

My poor baby has had open sores red diaper rash for over 2 weeks. I’ve seen pediatricians twice for it. They both think it’s fungal and prescribed Nystatin (did nothing) and miconazole nitrate (doesn’t seem to be doing anything either). I’ve used all kinds of diaper creams but the doc said to use Aquaphor. We went through an entire huge tube this week alone. I always complete pat his butt dry before applying.

He’s tried all kinds of diaper brands, made no difference, we are using Luvs now. Huggies sensitive wipes that I dab him with, but now I’ve moved to using a warm wet paper towel and dabbing. When I try to do naked time my baby screams the whole time and poops himself he gets so upset so I haven’t done that much.

I have no idea what to do, it’s literally bleeding. The prescriptions were not cheap and they haven’t done a damn thing. My baby is in pain and it’s only getting worse. What now? Baby powder? Help!!
