Pregnancy symptoms stopped

Hi I’m 7 weeks and my morning sickness was bad for the first 6 weeks as well as being tired and both of those have suddenly went away this week. I’m super nervous I had a miscarriage in September. So I’m worried now. I just need some reassurance. I go to the doctor for my second ultrasound on the 29th thanks guy:)
