How far long is everyone when planning to/ did announce to everyone?

Told my husband, mom and closest friends immediately. Social media was at 10 weeks.
A lot of people wait but for me, I've had a loss before and not announcing was hard. I felt alone. So I like to announce early to feel the love and excitement together and if the worst happens, have the support.

We told parents and siblings around 8-9 weeks after my first ultrasound. We aren't announcing to extended family or friends this time so we weren't too worried about waiting a certain amount of time.

This will be my 2nd - my first turns 1 in 6 days. Literally no body knows except my husband and my sister. I'm currently 14 w 3 d and we will announce on Christmas and I'll be 16 w 1 d at that point. 🥰 the main reason being I don't even have my first appointment with the doctor until today at 14 w 3 d so I wanted to make sure all was well before announcing.

I told friends first. I’m a member at a social club, so it’s easier to just announce than try to make excuses for not drinking. Told my MIL yesterday (11w3d) but asked her to keep it a secret until we go to visit for Christmas. I’m still trying to decide how to tell my mom! Once family knows, we’ll announce on social media.
