Low sex drive after birth normal?

So I gave birth a year ago. He’s actually 15 months. Ever since I had a baby my sex drive has been complete shit. I feel so so so bad all the time , we maybe do something once or twice a month. We useto have frequent sex prior to having a baby. But we get no time by ourselves or for eachother either. I need help I need something to get me back on track I miss having sex but I never feel the want to anymore. I don’t even care bout touching myself either.. please someone helllpp. I went to a gyno for it also and she said it’s normal and with some meds I’m on can cause it also but never told me how to get it back or anything.
