I'm 34 weeks with my fourth and feel awful. It's not the normal end of pregnancy everything sucks feeling. I've had a headache for 3 days that Tylenol couldn't help, it's slightly better today. I see spots in my vision all the time. I'm extremely nauseous with no appetite. I'm very tired, like fall asleep sitting up in the middle of the day tired.

I was sent to L&D for the same symptoms around 31 weeks and one high BP reading in the office, but BP was fine in L&D and it's been fine when I check it at home. I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow, just wondering if this could be preeclampsia starting?
