10 weeks post partum c section scar

So I noticed my c section scar had a pimple on it actually like 3 puss filled ones and i squeezed it because they were itchy and painful. But do you think the pimples were because its getting infected or just because hair grows there. Anyways looks like this after. Should i do anything to it? I cleaned it of course.
