I didn’t change my daughters diaper fast enough so she peed on my bed and her pee has a A VERY STONG fishy smell like very very strong. Is this a cause for concern ? She’s 5 months old. I don’t notice any pain while she urinates bc duh she wears a diaper I couldn’t tell I also don’t notice more diapers bc I change her when she needs to be? I called her doctors office but I won’t hear anything back until Monday because they’re closed for the weekend.
