Can u freeze lactation cookies?

I’ve looked at packaged lactation cookies and they’re a lil pricey bt the ones u make could i make them and freeze them. I dnt want to be exhausted trying to make them? Also any other things help your supply? I have fennel seed supplements and fenugreek already.

Yup freezing them is fine. Be careful with fenugreek too, for some people it can actually decrease their supply.
If you really need to increase your supply, the only guaranteed method is to increase demand. Power pump, set alarms to pump every 2 hours, don’t skip middle of the nights. Hydration and getting enough calories is also important.
