Feeding schedule?

Please tell me what your day to day feeding schedule looks like! I am still having a hard time getting my baby on a consistent feeding schedule because he gets hungry so fast so i’m doing around 4/6 oz every 1-3 hours now and it’s starting to mess up our sleep. I am formula feeding but any advice would help me greatly! Thank you

My girl is 14 weeks and drinks 4-5oz bottles
7am
10am
1pm
4pm 
7pm - Bedtime 
I usually will giver her a dream feed between 10-11pm before I go to bed and that usually will last her till 7am the next day!

14 week old baby boy drinking 5oz
First feed depending on when he first wakes in the night. 
3am/4am/5am and back to sleep, wakes for the day at 8:30am
Day bottles - 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4pm, 7pm
I try stretch each bottle a by 15mins if I can so his last bottle is at 7pm. 
Bed 7:30pm
This is our new routine. He was having an extra nap and bottle but I’ve decided to stop this last bottle and nap as he’s shown he doesn’t need it. 
5 bottles a day and he will drink 4/5oz of each bottle.
