My boyfriend & I got into an argument this morning. He got into my face so I put my hand in front of his face (not touching) and said “get out of my face” and he slaps my wrist really hard and said “get your hand out of my face bitch”. After that he was walking past me & grabs both sides of my head pulling my hair, picked me up like that & pushed me on the bed. Is this a form of abuse? Or should I brush it off.
