Do you still keep baby upright for a while after eating?

Normally 10-30 minutes. Used to be 30-45 minutes. My son had really had reflux and even with medication needed to be kept upright. He’s weaned off his meds now and doing well but still frequently spits up little amounts. So that’s my reasoning for doing it. He also is prone to spitting up if he’s on his belly soon after feeding so I try to wait 20ish minutes for that too

After a feed I let him sit in his high chair for about 15-30 min and play. After nursing I just burp him and hold him uptight for like 5-10 min
