My baby has these. I call it her blow out, it's everywhere. She is fine in herself, I think it's normal.

My little guy has the same problem! 🤣 we just take extra baths and I found I have to use bigger diapers on him, poops were exploding every time he pooped I couldn’t keep up either the clothes and diapers.
