Meroxyprogesterone

I took 1 10mg tablet this morning and I am currently ovulating . Will this affect it ? I have a short LP so I figured if I took 1 it would make my progesterone levels rise but now I heard it weakens the lining of the uterus. Should I continue to take them or stop because your supposed to get your period after stopping them . Ugh I confused myself Help 😭
