Uti symptoms and no uti

I’ve been struggling since my last c section almost a year ago. In the last year I’ve been tested for a urinary tract infection four times and they were all inconclusive. No UTI but all of the symptoms. I am miserable. I’ve had an MRI and ultrasound done to check for kidney stones as well and nothing. All they could tell me was that I had an ovarian cyst and that could be causing the pain. I’m making an appointment with my obgyn but has anyone struggled with this?! I NEED RELIEF NOW.
