So last month I got my iud removed so I didn't know "cycle day" since things got weird when I got it removed but I tracked ovulation every day after getting it removed and got a positive on 11/16. We did not conceive that month so we are on month 2. I know the app isn't accurate for determining ovulation but it said ovulation on the 18th. so I started testing once a day from cycle day 10 and planned to start testing twice a day today on cycle day 14. My test yesterday was super negative so I just wanted to see the line getting darker. Well very unexpected today was positive before the 5 minute time frame was even up. I was NOT expecting it to be positive so early. We only started having sex yesterday after a bunch of days of not having sex because we knew we would be having it a ton this week and didn't want it to turn into a chore. I'm a little upset because now yesterday is the only time we had sex before getting a positive. I know that it only takes 1 time and I completely understand I can still get pregnant with that but I can't help but feel upset because I just wasn't ready for it lol.

I guess I'm just wanting to hear stories from you all about this timeline and if it worked for you? Also, is there anything that can make a false positive opk? Like having sperm in the urine cup? (Sounds gross but we all know that shit keeps leaking out 🤣) this is last months opks
