This probably sounds so dumb but the last 2 months my period has arrived at least 4-5 days earlier than expected which seems odd to me because I’m pretty damn regular usually. I have had a lot of stress the past 2 months but we are TTC. I was wondering if this could mean I’m not ovulating? I use OPKs and I do get the peak/positives but I know that doesn’t actually confirm ovulation. I was going to maybe try temp checking this time around but can anyone explain how to do that? Does any thermometer work? Just looking for a rise in temp?
