How’s your little one sleeping at night?
My little man still wakes up every 4 hours to eat.
His sleep used to be much better but recent weeks he’s constantly moving fussing and just waking up in his cot. He is ok when I put him next to me in bed. Should I sleep train he is 7 months old? I don’t know what to do anymore. I feel like he could be sleeper lots better at night.
