Hiya, my mind is working overtime, can someone please help. I’m 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I went to the toilet this morning and saw some dark brown spotting followed by this when I wiped. There’s not enough to go into my underwear, it only seems to be when I wipe but after a missed miscarriage early in the year that started with spotting, I’m full of anxiety😭 Is this normal? What could it be?
