Loss of symptoms

Has anyone lost symptoms? (Like breasts less sore, no nausea, etc.) and had a positive outcome?

I’m 7 weeks. I’ve had so many losses I should give up but this one has had some good but also some bad signs. (No bleeding, lots of vivid dreams, yay! Lots of cramping, low cervix, boo!) I don’t know. My breasts stopped hurting much and the nausea which was mild (except around raw onions) has gone away. I have an ultrasound Monday but just wondering.
