Incision bleeding

I’m 2 weeks pp from c section and my incision has been bleeding a little bit since last night and I saw my doctor on Thursday and he said it looked great but I started bleeding last night and today I just checked cause I’ve been wearing a liner over it and it’s been a bit painful in that area too, is that normal for that happen?
