How to check for breast pump coverage?

I see a lot of websites that’s me you sign up for their emails and/or talk to people from the website. I really just want to see what pump I can get with my insurance. What’s the easiest way to check online? Or is calling the o my way to know?

I just called my insurance pharmacy number and asked for it and it showed up at my house less than a week later. My insurance didn’t give me options, I just got what they offered.

I went to aeroflowbreastpumps.com. They approved me instantly! You just enter basic info and your insurance info. Super easy!

Your insurance may have information online, but there are a ton of insurance plans that are all the same insurance umbrella, but very different plans. Your best bet is to call and ask about your specific coverage. Many require an order from your doctor as well so that would be a question to ask.

Aeroflow - I have used them for all 4 of my pregnancies. You just provide the information they need and they do everything else ..

I heard great things about aeroflow. I have Kaiser which doesn’t work with them so I just called my insurance to find out

My insurance requires a “prescription” from a doctor in order to be reimbursed. I’d just look at your insurance benefits online.
