Sober thoughts?

Are drunk words spoken really a sober person's true feelings? Opinions please..
I'd like to also add, the actions were plainly backing up the words being said, confusing

Nope! I actually find myself lying sometimes when I’ve been drinking which is really annoying cause I’m a really honest person.

Not always. Honestly take it with a grain of salt. Actions speak louder than words. I had an ex that would propose to the while room. Talk about being batman and Superman, gotten tattoos while drunk. My favorite was drunk karaoke.

Not always. Sometimes it is because they finally have the courage to say it or they don't have the sense to filter and not say it so the truth that they usually hold back when sober finally comes out when drunk. But sometimes it's the opposite and people say lies or dumb things when drunk that aren't anything they think sober. It just depends. I always go by actions more than words. If actions are aligning with what was said, id probably think its true.

I've noticed that after a few drinks I remember more from past events and bring stuff up, good or bad. But once something is in my head, after drinking it has to come out in the open. Gives a kind of confidence to say what I wanna say, things I'd keep to myself if sober
