Early pregnancy signs

So, I preface this by saying I’ve been a L&D nurse for 3 years and am now an RN for an OB/GYN office (after other nursing jobs), so I know how the cycle works. I have 5 children and has one miscarriage. After a 16 year marriage, I’m divorced and my new fiancé and I would like a child together (he only has one), and I don’t mind because my youngest is 7 and my oldest 2 are pretty much out of the house. I seem to recall with the more pregnancies I had my body responding more quickly to hormones. I also am VERY keen on what my body is doing, like I can tell without OPKs when I’m ovulating because I feel it when it happens, I feel my body radiating tremendous amounts of heat and of course the CM. All of that to say, because of our work scheduling, I was FINALLY able to BD during my fertile window directly during ovulation. 12 hours later I started cramping and have been mildly ever since. In my heart I tell like this was the time that did it. I know I have to do the 2 week wait, but I’ve been correct about this same thing before for previous pregnancies. Am I crazy or have any other “grand multips” gone through the same thing?
