Boyfriend no longer wants to play

So I met my bf on fetlife. I was also pregnant like 6 weeks along then met in person when I was 9 weeks. For the first few months we had awesome sex and played alot with paddles, whips, floggers, dragon tail etc. Then I was told I was high risk and couldn't have sex for awhile. They eventually let us have sex again but said just slow and easy. Now I'm 3 months post partum and he hasn't tried to play with me at all. I've even suggested and gave hints and he doesn't get the toys out. Also he doesn't initiate sex anymore, I have to ask for it and he stops before getting off and sometimes I don't even get off either. He says he has a cramp or a headache or out of breath and has to stop. I've caught him looking at porn, he had 4 different sites up on his phone and admitted to jacking off alot. We have discussed it until I'm blue in the face. He apologize and says he will be better but nope. I asked for oral 2 days ago and he said no then when I got upset he said he would do it more often but hasn't in the two days since. I know he isn't cheating because he goes to work and I meet him there and we come home together. But I can't help but feel like he wants to and isn't attracted to me anymore. I don't know how to get him to understand that he isn't meeting my needs. It's to the point that I think about cheating or leaving him.
