37 1/2 weeks pregnant/yeast infection

Like 3 ish nights ago I noticed my vagina felt irritated but it was more so like my inner labia on both sides that same night my fiancé& I had sex we haven’t had much of it bc being pregnant it’s been uncomfortable for me but after sex I always make sure to pee and wipe myself down down there after. It’s like day 5 and it still feels the same. I took a mirror to look down in there and there wasn’t much discharge just tiny bits of discharge almost looks like little white lint ball. Or could be toilet paper? Idk I contacted the doc waiting on a call back anyone ever been treated for yeast infection this far in pregnancy??
