Anyone else use these?
So I just ordered a bbt thermometer, and subscribed for full access to monitor my fertility with natural cycles. I've also been taking EU Naturals supplement for conception while my man takes the male version. I've only been taking the conception supplement for a couple weeks.
Does anyone else also take these and how do they affect your cycle? I had a 3 day period and spotting for 2 days. Also is the natural cycles worth it?
