When do high risk appointments start?

I had my first son at 24 weeks for unknown reasons and I just found out I’m pregnant again 4 years later! I’m 4 weeks pregnant. At what week do high risk OBs usually start seeing you? Is it still at 8 weeks or sooner? I’m in the US

I started at 12wks after seeing my normal ob

6 weeks for me. I have premature babies because my cervix is very short

Depends if you jave ither health issues. Due to my maternal health i was seen at 8 weeks both times

Some doctors start at 12 weeks mine started me at 13 weeks

Sometimes they'll start after 12 Weeks so they can monitor growth and check your cervix

Ask your ob! They have to refer you. 
They said I was high risk at 19 weeks and started immediately.
