Can constipation make my baby refuse sleep?

Question

My little guy is constipated and teething and doesn't want to sleep. I've given him teething tablets and use essential oil in his room.
I'm thinking it's not teething that's bothering him and rather that he's constipated. 
Any advice on what I can give him for his constipation or any advice in general that worked for your over tired baby?

How long has it been since he's pooped? Usually they don't consider it constipated until a week with no poop. Teething and growing and learning new things definitely keep them up. It's also possible it's a sleep regression

It probably is related to teething pain but if he is truly constipated then of course he will have pain. 
He needs to get moving to help relieve constipation. So crawling, bicycle legs, tummy massages. Also warm baths can help. For my son, beets were always the go to when he had a harder poop. He ate beets and got him back on track.
