Pelvic pain

Do any of you guys get sharp pelvic pain? I’ve been struggling with it for about 2 years not I’ve been in and out of clinics trying to figure why I keep getting this random sharp pain that comes and goes it’s doesn’t happen every day but sometimes it happens out of nowhere for a little and goes away sometimes It comes for a straight week and it becomes hard to do stuff because applying pressure hurts or if I move/ walk too much it’s hurting especially when I have a full bladder. I’ve been tested for stds/ stis and they always come back negative. I know it’s not menstrual pain or pregnancy because I’ve had a period for a long time and the pain started 2 years ago 🤔 not sure what else to get tested for or checked for I’ve had ultrasounds done as well and it looks normal.
