How far along do I look and what do you guess I'm having

I already know what I'm having but out of fun and curiosity how far along would you think I am and what do you think I'm having heartbeat is between 145 and 165, I've been moody, breaking out, and craving spicy foods.I am also 19 just had a baby in January I want to have all the fun with this pregnancy as I can as this is my last one
