Poignant article about childcare in the US from a recent mama

Hi everyone,

I just read this article from a recent mama whose postpartum experience reminds me so much of my own (except I did have the emergency c-section) and her reflections on the state of parental leave/care for mothers and babies in the US is right on. I wasn’t sure where else to share it and with whom, but this community of mamas seemed like the right place. It’s from a few months ago, but still as relevant as ever.
