I need tips and info please 😕 hypothyroidism
I just got diagnosed with hypothyroidism. What do I need to know like the ins and outs the dos and donts, keeping weight off etc. It came out of no where so I’m kind of in shock a little bit lol I’m currently taking phentermine to help with weight loss, going to the doc for this is how I found out.
