He could be teething, honestly, my daughter started teething at around 9 months and now has two teeth on the bottom and she has has diarrhea like that some days. It’s been off and on and she is formula fed. My doctor said it wasn’t a concern, just to make sure she has enough fluids and she’s eating enough. She currently gets solids once a day as she is super fussy because of her teeth. She’s ten months a two days and her second tooth is almost completely out.

What formula are you feeding him - he might have allergy to milk protein. I would double check it with your doctor or get second opinion
