Extreme Neck Pain— HELP!

I delivered my daughter via c-section 9 days ago. My neck started hurting around 2 days PP, i blamed the hospital bed. Now, the pain is nearly a 10/10. My doctors keep saying I’m sleeping on it wrong or looking down at my baby too much causing neck strain. (I’m not breastfeeding for medical reasons- so I’m not looking down too much when bottle feeding) Has anyone experienced excruciating neck pain after cesarean/spinal anesthesia? NO pain meds will touch the pain.
