Amazing. I'm fully convinced that if I'd been in a hospital I would have had a c-section. Instead, my team encouraged me to trust my body and guided me through what I needed to do to safely meet my baby in the water. 💜

I've had 3. Both my boys would have been born in the car if we'd tried to get to a hospital. I don't do why classes or anything to prepare, I've just trusted my body and that's worked great each time.

I loved my home birth! From first contractions to delivery my labor was 24 hours. I used Hypnobirthing techniques, water, aromatherapy, and massage for pain management. And I gave birth in a pool in my living room. Absolutely loved that I didn’t have to go anywhere during labor and then also once baby was born, just straight up to take a shower and get in my own bed. Will definitely do a homebirth again when we have another baby!
