Second pregnancy symptoms

I can’t quite believe it as we were about to go to a fertility clinic for help conceiving baby number two and this happened this morning! I am so happy but nervous as my boobs don’t hurt at all and they were so painful with my first. Just having cramps and backache, also some headaches. Is that normal?
