I can't take it when my husband touches my clit during sex. It's too much. It could be that you're just really sensitive and that all you need is one or the other but not both.

I've had that. My bf usually has to go slower or have more foreplay. Or I'm to sensitive go really slow and eventually get more. Lube helps. Maybe need a break from touching it. Personally if I use a vibrator I get pretty sensitive.
